North Texas Community Hospital is a non-profit hospital that will celebrate its fifth anniversary in August. Wise Regional Health System provides inpatient and outpatient services to Wise and surrounding counties.
Health Fair
The Wise County Health Fair is sponsored by United Way of Wise County and promotes a healthier Wise County through community awareness and education.
Wise County Community Health Center
Earlier this year, a significant United Way of Wise County goal was realized with the opening of the Wise County Community Health Center, the first federally qualified health center (FQHC) in the county.

Wise Area Relief Mission (W.A.R.M.) is a non-profit, Christian organization that helps families in need.
Committee on Aging
In 1978, Wise County Committee on Aging Inc., Meals on Wheels started serving homebound senior citizens. Today, it serves more than 80 clients, age 60 and up.
